Q: What is a video montage?
A: It is a video created by combining several pictures and videos together and telling a story.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept the following forms of payment:

• cash
• e-mail money transfer from bank (online banking)
• Paypal
• postal money order

Q: What are my options for getting my photos and video to you.
A: There are multiple ways you can get your media to us. We serve customers from all of Canada and parts of the United States of America. We are located in Oshawa, Ontario so droping of media in person is not always an option. Here are the ways you can get your media to us:

• DROP OFF: Drop off in person (local clients only)

• MAIL: Send your media through the mail. We would recommend an express service with tracking options and insurance in case of loss or damage. We don't recommend this if you can avoid it as we have no control over what happends to your media in the mail and will not be held liable. Package your media securely, opt for tracking and insurance on your package. You will need to pay postage both ways.

• EMAIL: You can email your photos to us if you have them in digital format already and you don't have many pictures to send. Typically email will not support sending multiple large image files.

• UPLOAD via FTP: Upload your digital media to our FTP server. This option is great if you have your media in digital format already. There is no limit to how much you can upload to us. The more you upload and the larger the files, the longer it will take but for images it doesn't take long. If you choose this option, let us know when you contact us for your order and we will send you the FTP information. This will be unique to you and no one else will be able to see your files.
